RE: A Tale Of Two Chains

in #hive5 years ago

As the dust settles, we have jobs to do. As developers are porting tools to Hive and fixing the nuances, we got to organize our thoughts on the following:

  • Focus and support projects that adds value both to the chain and outside
  • Elevate good content; suppress bad one; there are known spammers and abusers moved to Hive; put them on watch
  • As trading opens up and wallets normalize create a buy pressure; hint: sale of the steem can be used here
  • Lot of our friends are sitting inside home; possibly in front of their computers... find a good article, write a good article, funny one, thoughtful one and forward to them; spark interest

I am sure I am missing something; feel free to add to the list.

We should get everyone we know talking about, and learning about blockchain, and getting them onboard with the apps and knowledge they need with Hive at the center.
It could be epic
They will have to assimilate this eventually,if you are here I dont have to tell you how fast it is moving, this IS the best opportunity.
When the virus subsides it could be a whole new world.
Huge opportunity!

That's a great list. This is the absolute best time to a community to have focused energy, stuck at home in front of computer screens when not working. We can absolutely make the most of it.

It helps that the airdrop cost basis was zero, so I'd imagine you'd only be taxed on the full price upon selling it. I'll be dumping steem no question, and I'm sure I'll be buying some HIVE with the proceeds.
