I did actually lease to that huaren.news back in steem days a few times. I tried to hastly check that they were not atleast appearing as worst abusers. In steem I would have propably been against leasing to some reward pool milkers but here things are a little different since we are going to get the smt's this year according to @howo. I understand that we shouldn't deter away newbies and other bloggers but here it does not even seem like too many care about milking. I guess people trust that the core devs get the smt's done so that we can then get proper social-tokens.
I would not expect much development from Steem as they lost their developers. The abuse there is out of control, but they don't care.
I think the bigger issue is he is using that lease to intimidate small accounts on Hive for joining downvote trails.
