It is pretty funny how eager new people get when they first start on here. Sadly if they aren't given some direction and advice it quickly drops off and they lose interest. They realize it is just too much work for so little reward. I saw someone posting on Discord the other day that was new and they were asking if they should post seven times a day. Thankfully people stopped in to redirect them!

You don't want to use all your good material at the start for sure. You have to have something pretty good if it's worth posting more than twice a day. A priority with newbies is to comment on stuff they like to get noticed. Joining some communities may help too. We need to step in if we see them doing it wrong. We all benefit if they stick around.
