RE: Thoughts about Downvotes

in #hive4 days ago

Dear @jacobtothe

Your claim that we "add nothing to the conversation" is ironic, given that our comments consistently expose systemic issues within Hive—issues you seem eager to dismiss or downvote into obscurity. What you label as "spam" are, in fact, well-founded truths backed by evidence. If these truths make you uncomfortable, perhaps the problem lies not with us LOL but the reality you're attempting to suppress the truth.

Speaking of suppression, it’s worth noting the coordinated efforts of accounts like steevc, who frequently downvotes content critical of individuals such as Marky Mark, BuildaWhale, and Blocktrades. Are you connected to steevc? The alignment between your actions and his raises valid questions about collusion among those defending abusive practices. And let’s not forget: Blocktrades openly delegates to BuildaWhale, one of the largest scam farms on Hive and the worst downvoter on Hive. These connections speak volumes about where your loyalties lie.

We ask you this: if you truly cared about Hive’s integrity, wouldn’t you focus on addressing the root causes of abuse rather than silencing those who expose them? What would you do if you were in our position—facing relentless downvotes, smear campaigns, and hostility simply for speaking out against corruption? Would you stay silent, or would you fight for transparency and accountability?

The truth is inconvenient, especially for those benefiting from unethical systems. But no amount of downvoting or deflection will erase the facts. We will continue shining a light on these abuses because Hive deserves better—and so does its community.

Sincerely,
The Bilpcoin Team

When you comment your rants on someone else's post, you add nothing to the conversation they started. You're acting like an egotistical self-absorbed jerk too obtuse to understand anything anyone says. Be better.
