Play Badminton with Colleagues.

Badminton is one of the most favorite sports in Indonesia, almost the average community in the island nation plays a sport that uses racquets and balls made of goose feathers.

What is unique in the sport of Badminton is the ball that we use for playing on the field, Badminton balls are made of neatly arranged goose feathers in a conical shape, and at the bottom is a semicircular round shape made of cork. But on this occasion I did not discuss the problem of making Badminton balls, what I want to share with my fellow steemites in this post is my experience playing Badminton with my colleagues.

Tonight we play Badminton together to maintain a healthy body pattern, Badminton is one sport that is able to sweat more, this sport is also able to burn fat in our bodies.

Playing Badminton is very difficult indeed, it needs extraordinary power so that we can finish the match that is running. In addition to tanaga, this game requires speed in moving, speeding hands, feet and eyes become a mainstay for victory.

As a typical weapon to hit the ball with a strong and fast, this sport requires a racket as the main tool to play. It is not easy to play Badminton on the pitch, but this game can eliminate fatigue in activities.

Together with my colleagues, I only played for one game, in which we played in three sets of matches, as a beginner on the Badminton court, losing is normal for me, it takes physical training for the future to win the match.

These three sets make me very tired, this is very reasonable as a beginner, playing Badminton by always moving to and fro to hit the ball makes me physically drained. We spent the three sets for 25 minutes on the field, in the first set Anton and I as a playmate lost, but in the second set we were able to get up and win, so the match went to the third set to determine the winner. It was in the last match that Anton and I and colleagues accepted defeat, the defeat was caused by fatigue, our stamina was not enough to play in the final match.

Despite losing, Anton and I and my colleagues were very satisfied with the sport, we were both beginners in this sport.
