Pilgrimage to the grave of Cut Nyak Dien in Sumedang.

Cut Nyak Dhien's tomb in Semedang, West Java, this is the tomb of our ancestors, the Acehnese, the heroes of defenders of truth and their nation from the Dutch colonial past. The war did not end so that the Acehnese war leaders were captured by the Dutch one by one. Like this Chut Nyak Dhien was captured by the Dutch and exiled to Semedang, West Java, but the war continued, one lost grew a thousand not less the leaders of the war one disappeared and kept changing. Because for us war is a job, said our grandmother, our job is a war for a nation's dignity, not to be trampled on by colonialism.

the place is far from where I live, roughly by land public transportation, it takes about a week's journey, if by plane it's more or less 3 hours away. thanks a lot for the comments
