Hello EDS'ers. Today is the day we issue the EDS weekly report to keep all your guys up to date and let you know how things are going.
What are EDS tokens?
EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 25%.
(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)
- EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
- 12% of over 53,000 HIVE POWER pays out (53000*12/52.18) 121.88 per week
- 24,900 EDS in circulation each yield (121.88/24900) 0.0048 HIVE per week
- 0.0048 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.255 HIVE
- 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 25.5% per year
EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. The only way to mint new EDS tokens is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens. These miners when full issued and staked will yield a 20% minimum ROI per year.
EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. By some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, bu some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.
Another week has passed and it's been a great week as usual. We added 900 HIVE POWER this week thanks mostly to a few big sales of EDSMM tokens and a huge post payout. All the numbers are up this week 😁
Getting very close to a HIVE POWER balance of 65,000 would be nice to hit this number by next week. There are still 9,500 EDSMM for sale so there's every chance it could happen. Remember that the weekly EDS HIVE income pool amount is equal to 12% of the HIVE POWER balance so the more HIVE POWER we have the higher the HIVE income pool. People have been asking me if is EDS sustainable. 👇
Hmm, yea. I would say it's sustainable based on the past 33 weeks shown above. Infact better than surviving, thriving. This is year 2 but year 1 sorta just looks the same as this except it starts at 12% and increases to 22% over its first year. EDS is sustainable long term, it's growth is not dependent on selling miner tokens, these are if everything just a boast to get the ball rolling faster. The EDS model is to pay 12% of its HIVE POWER balance. 12% of 63k HP equals 29% when split over 26.5k EDS tokens. The model is to earn 18% with the HP balance, payout 12% and compound 6% to ensure growth and increased weekly HIVE income pools 👇
You can see above that each week, each and every week the HIVE income pool increases and the same was for year 1. It's built-in to increase every week, I would not say it's impossible to decrease are even remain as it is but I'd bet the EDS fund that it'll increase every week for the next...... forever. Even if we stopped posting content and stopped leases, the HP balance still grows from inflation passively. So higher HIVE POWER balance every week forever means higher HIVE income payments each and every week. Kinda beautiful?
Sustainable? A 2-year-old project that has grown each week from a 12% APY token to a 29% APY token. Growth is documented every week, you can go back and check, we only post 2 times a week so it's not hard to back to the start. I think EDS got GOAT status when it destroyed by 20% and continued to grow making it the best HIVE income token on the blockchain.
How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Showing above that there are 9,500 EDSMM tokens sold for sale and the current ROI is 32%. Sales have been slowing down the past few weeks so if you buy in now, you should expect to be earning over 30% for the next few weeks. I'd predict it's going to take a few months to issue these last 9,500 based on the way EDSM sold.
Still can not think of everything HBD related to release under EDS so I'll leave it to go. It's easy enough to offer a weekly HBD payment equal to more than 20% but it's messy only getting paid from HBD 1 time per month keeping in mind that sometimes, there can 5 of the same day in a month. I think EDS will stick to HIVE only and focus on how to gamify a way to mint more EDS tokens 😁

Great, to see a bit more clarification on sustainability and progress over time. Still feel this is an underestimated project.
Last 10k edsmm, curious to see how fast they will go and if I have some time to pick up some extra.
