Hive: Creative Minds Wanted

in #hive12 days ago

Watching the $HIVE token price go up is like viewing the Zapruder film. No matter how many times you watch it, you know that each frame is going to result in seeing the head of President Kennedy thrown back as the fatal bullets hit him from the front. You keep wanting a different ending, but no matter how many times you play it back, you get the same thing again and again.

With the price of our favorite token on the rise, we see a repeat in the return of people who abandoned the community when the price was low. Happens all the time. Like clockwork.

We needed these people to continue building and creating on hive the most when the price is depressed and people were bailing. That's the best opportunity for visibility, as its always easier to stand out when the crowd has thinned out.

Those with and owners mindset (and a decent stake), have a chance then to make their list and check it twice, of who are still adding "bricks of creativity" to this unique home on the blockchain that we're building.

I don't know how long this rally will last, but I'm glad it's occurring and rewarding those who stuck around when the pickings were slim. Creators like these are the heartbeat of the community, and I've been able to find some posts that are real gems during this most recent downtime.

The 'Life' posts are the ones that I enjoy the most, as they share a unique perspective of a moment, event or feeling of the sort of things we all go through during our daily walk as human beings.

The other types of posts that I like are those that are instructive, where someone shares a solution to a problem and you have that "aha!" moment where the light bulb goes off in your head when you realize how they did it.

Works for me every time.

And sharing tips like that are fun IRL as well, such as when I learned that a girl had an annoying headache, and I was able to suggest that she gently squeeze the webbing of skin between her thumb and index finger for some temporary relief. Seeing her delight when the pain went away (if only for a moment), was amazing.

So to those of you that continue creating on hive knowing that crypto prices run in cycles and aren't scared off, I thank you. We need people like you with strong hands and creative minds, to keep building and staking for the future. May your bags be full and may your tokens never rust.
