Check also your Voting Power Bar. As you vote, your power bar will decrease. I was just informed last week by a friend @savvyplayer that the ideal % to maintain is 80%, and then wait for some time to recharge before voting again. Grateful for your upvotes!
Of course, the best amount of Voting Mana that you should have before voting is almost 100%, but for practical reasons (since we cannot spend all day using Hive), 80% is the recommended minimum, such that it will regenerate to 100% after not voting for 24 hours. Voting Mana not used at 100% would be wasted in the perspective of the owner of the Hive account, especially when the account has a lot of Hive Power.
My voting power bar is still very low. I tried my best to maintain that 80% mark, but I got swayed by my roaming around several dapps built on Hive. Been experimenting here and there.

Maybe you should use only a portion of your Voting Power every time you vote to reduce your Voting Mana consumption proportional to how many times you vote in a day. For example, if you vote 20 times a day, try to make your Voting Power only 50% per vote. If you vote 30 times a day, your Voting Power should only be 30% to 35% per vote.

Since your Voting Mana is currently less than 65%, try to vote with only a total of 30% of your Voting Power per day to allow your Voting Mana to regenerate back to 80%, then try to make sure to vote only when your Voting Mana is at least 80%.
