Hive is off to a good start in so many ways, and lately even the price has caught up with the expectations of our users here. As someone who enjoys consuming content on Hive, I've subbed a few communities and usually go through these looking for user content to curate on off late.
Some of the communities owners have a greater stake for curation which makes it quite an interesting experience to use.
It seems these days users posting in trending communities stand a better chance at getting noticed and also earning a decent reward on regular basis, especially if they have bots voting them and even if they don't.
As a content creator on any Hive dApp, which of the communities do you think benefits you the most in terms of rewards on a daily basis? Because let's face it, many users post on a daily basis to earn rewards and increase their stake/add to their side income.
Which ones do you interact the most in irrespective of the rewards that you earn-where you enjoy engaging with users simply due to the content they create or some other reason.
I'd love to know what you think about this in the comments below.
Honestly, I'm a pretty casual browser (life is too busy and too many responsibilities to do what I'd like to do)...When browsing I tend to look for things that I can enjoy with just a quick few minutes. I like LEGO, CATS and of course my own little community project IBT Survival Island. I make a conscious effort to checkout OCD every couple of weeks and do some 100% upvotes from various accounts as well as I think its great if people get a massive upvote now and then on a decent effort post :)
Survival Island sounds quite interesting!
There's definitely room for better curation on Hive for sure. Especially for authors fairly new to the platform as well as consistent users.
I have not seen any difference, I have published in different communities, and it seems the same to me!
I see. Do you feel something different could be done in communities with ample voting power?
Of course, they have power in their hands, and by their vote it leads the community!
Good to see you on HIVE. :)
My favourite community is #STEMsocial. This is the rebranded #steemSTEM community from steem. As you might be knowing we focus on STEM content. <3
Ah I figured as much :D
Good to see you around as well btw.
:) Of course.
@splinterlands for sure. I like the game and the users support each other a lot. But also SoCalHive
But the sad thing is that the game is not in Hive yet.
Would've been great if it was on Hive eh?
The communities which I like to engage much is AskHive which is just like Quora, until we get the dedicated Questions and Answers site of your own. For the rewards, I don't have got any specific communities related rewards though I like to post in Photography Lovers community to get up votes from the fellow photographers.
Oh that's interesting. I've seen that community but haven't followed it. Will check it out. There's a photography dac community as well i think. Check it out.
