I have recently been reminded that there are such things as community blacklists.
First, my blog was attacked by a bot-herder and her swarm of spambots...
Then someone pointed out to me, that I'm delegating to someone they don't like, who has been community blacklisted.
I agree, that everyone should have the opportunity to block, mute and even blacklist their harassers, but there's one thing I don't agree with, and that's community ostracism, cancel campaigns or any public shaming campaigns.
I appreciate your efforts, but I do not agree with or wish to participate in any community ostracism projects. I believe in promoting ethics and moral behavior on the blockchain, but I don't feel that ostracism or other such campaigns aligns with those values.
I have recently run a community quiz with prizes such as delegations, I also had a delegation party last Autumn, where I delegated 100HP to anyone who commented on my post. I wanted to spread joy, and I think it was successful.
My efforts to give and make people happy seemed to make some other people angry. I am sorry that you feel that way, but it is what it is. I am not a part of your Spanish Inquisition, nor I want to be.
If I find someone abusing someone on my personal blog however, is a whole another affair. I am partial to giving a helping hand whenever someone needs one. I have done so before, and I am likely to do it again in the future.
Concerning delegations
I am currently writing a script to help me with the delegations. It will basically comb through my delegations list, and halve every delegation after a pre-determined time (month, two months, haven't decided yet) has passed, and remove them after they reach a certain level. So If you are concerned that I have delegated to "a baddie", worry not, the delegations will eventually be going away anyway.
The script isn't ready yet, because I've been busy with other projects. I will however be putting it into action as soon as I've finished it.
That's my 2 cents on the issue.

I really understand what you are saying and it's great to see someone speak out on areas he's not comfortable with, areas that aren't good for anyone.

It's very sad, that somebody misuse your delegation. Because as you mentioned you only want to spread joy.
