It's a great lesson indeed lol, and not a bitter one for me I hope. It has also shown me how utterly robust the recovery process on Hive actually is, providing of course that you have the basic steps in place. Switching recovery account from Steem to another is crucial in this regard and many, like I did, may be ignoring peakd's login prompt to change this setting.
