Yes. I totally agree with that and talked about that same principle in the past. Often you can tell what people are about by their comments. I also feel that a person should vote for the post if they make a comment. I hate it when people are like "I love your post!"
Apparently not enough to vote for it though, just enough to hope for a vote on their comment. Hahahaha
