To earn a honest living, what does that mean to you?

I think to earn a honest living is to do work devoid of cheating, lying, manipulation, scamming, etc.
We are more likely to be honest about what we do for a living if we think they are good, right or morally acceptable. But if we do evil work or work wrongly at works, by cheating, deceiving, scamming, etc we lie about it to avoid getting penalized or not getting the expected monetary rewards. This is dishonest way to earn a living.
So, to earn a living honestly and do good work are somewhat interchangeable since it requires doing the right work to be honest, unless you make mistake or do something unintentionally wrong and be honest about it with the intention to prevent it from creating problems and to correct the mistake afterward.

Why I'm focusing on this today? Well, to help make crypto especially Hive a more honest space by building tools or features that promote honesty or by encouraging it verbally and via posts like this. The creator of Bitcoin made emphasis on honesty in Bitcoin Whitepaper where he used the words Honest Participants or something like that. I'm quite sure he was talking about participants doing what is good or right while participating in the daily running of the Bitcoin node. This actually serves as prove that the inventors of crypto really mean well and have good intentions, and not the kind of people who would want their invention to be used immorally, wrongly or against the general good.
We hope to promote the good ideals of the inventors by using reliable features like Reputation to encourage honesty and make users more trustworthy in their dealing with fellow crypto users especially in a possible future marketplace on Hive where people would be trading with one another to earn a living
