I’m feeling very enthused about Hive and there are plenty of people, Raven being one of them who are willing to help everyone build more tools, more ways of boosting the people, the platform. This past week I’ve got people thinking about ways in which POSH could be expanded to include YouTube. Discussions around how SPK could be utilised to further the Hive Sound Library - and all of the time these conversations are earning a bit.
The above initiatives will boost the knowledge that Hive exists, put more people onboard. Well we can sure hope.

I'm glad you are enthused as I hear that others are feeling dispirited. I get that as I have been here for over 8 years and it's still not really taken off. We need an influx of people who will build communities around whatever they are into. They need to be technical enough to get to grips with it all. I do at least have plenty of cool musicians to follow.

It’s funny because a little while back I wasn’t too sure myself but recently things seem to have improved from my point of view.
However when I compare this to Substack, it’s better there in many ways and not in others.
I am more active here than elsewhere. I think people can have very different experiences depending on their connections. I've seen some complaint that they get hardly any interaction, but I do okay.
