Dates&suji balls

Hi friends, how are you all doing? I hope you are fine and happy, enjoying your healthy lives.
Today, I am here to share with you a new, delicious, and tasty sweet that I made for Women's Day.
This is for all the ladies who are great and part of this platform, who give me the opportunity to write what is in my heart.
It is date and suji ladoo, a traditional Pakistandessert made with semolina and dates. It is really such a delight to eat and also very easy and quick to make.
I often tell you that I am a very easy-going cook.

Here is how I made it: • First, I soaked suji (semolina) with milk for half an hour. • Then, I blended soft dates with half a cup of milk. • Next, I cooked the suji in desi ghee (clarified butter) for half an hour. • After that, I added the date paste and cooked until everything was well combined and dry. • Finally, I shaped the mixture into small balls and voila, our sweet and tasty ladoos were ready to eat. I hope you will try this recipe and let me know how you like it. See you another day with a new recipe. Happy woman day .
