Ah man yes perhaps this is what explains the latest Hive price pump. I found it both impressive and curious at the same time why Hive had made such a rebound after the latest pump then dump, because most of the other alts weren't moving much.
I think this strong performance is definitely exclusive to Hive and now I have read your post it makes more sense. Yes, of course we need to be cautious because it might not be as a result of futures but if Hive sustains at its current price level we can't ignore the genuine possibility that more volume is coming in due to futures.

It is possible Binance and Bybit needed to buy lots of Hive to fund their futures platforms, so yeah it may have pumped from that.
Yeah I think more volume is surely a good thing, just hope its mostly buying volume..lol
