As is usual with myself I've gone a bit slow and steady...
I started yesterday when I noticed Hive was down at $0.39...
Then another
And another..
And fuck it, just one more...
So that's > 500 HP added on this little downturn and that's just the start I think...
It's all about the Fundamentals...
It's struck me over the last couple of weeks that I just love blogging - I mean it's what I do for a living.
So if I get the opportunity to Vest more into this wonderful crypto blogging platform why the fuck not.
I love Hive, I love the principles, the decentralisation why the fuck wouldn't I support it on a downturn.
Of course I could wait longer and try to time the market better, but fuck it... it's a window!
Oh and I'll be flagging you milkers more...
Being into Hive IMO means supporting the network by powering up - which is what I do and what everyone else who I vote for does.

Depends on ur situation - my HBD savings is equivalent to some fiat debts I need to pay off by the end of the next year - I probably won't need to use them but its a safety net - if it wasn't for that I'd be buying a few hundred Hive a day!

All I care about is building my HIVE stack and this little drop is allowing me to do it faster with my writing.
Furthermore, my bHIVE:BHBD LP has been automatically DCAing me back into HIVE.
Which ultimately will be moved to HP when I'm ready.
No complaints here.

Yeah I really like the pools strategy - and there are plenty pools where Hive can earn you more - some of the SL pools are fantastic too!
I don't have fiat to buy more but I am still chugging along powering up little by little. Earned my first PUM badge last month, which made me happy. :)

Yeah those pools are a nice hedge on Hive - I use the BUSD HIVE one on HE for the same.purpose and it's a nice lazy option!

As it seems, I was hoping it could get at $0.25 before I jump into powering up. I have most of my $$ a couple of days ago via HBD savings which offered 20% APR. I don't wanna miss that savings too and it takes 3 days to withdraw so I decide to stay the HBD savings as it is.
If hope tickles at 25 cents, then I'll be pulling again some of my $$ savings I got from my work job. Anyway, congratulations! :)
I'm not sure if I want it to go that low! Perdonally I'd forgo some interest and keep some HBDs liquid.

It's not like I don't empathize with the sentiment... and downvoting has proven itself a necessary mechanism at times, but mostly it just seems to reinforce the in-group out-group dynamic. How much effort is put into steering these people into getting involved in the community before annihilating their rewards?
I know lots of people who don't know how to survive right now. I know very few people who have never used a tag just for an upvote (do you remember #busy?). If the problem is people cashing out, then I say focus on building up projects like Hivelist and anyone trying to make it easier for small businesses to adopt Hive/HBD.

It's a great time to add Hive Power for sure, I'm waiting for 100HBD to get released from savings, gave notice yesterday. I should be able to pick up close to 300Hive then to power up. I'm growing at a nice rate now having posted every day now for almost 3 months straight. Like you I'm very confident about Hive long term, so time to accumulate as this is the best opportunity in quite a while.
He seems to have stopped posting. I don't do all this willy-nilly, there needs to be good reason!
