Hallo,
Heute erzähle ich euch mal, wie ich in den Knast gekommen bin. Zuerst: Warum? Es war einmal ein schöner Wintertag in Karlsruhe, erst dort angekommen (komm aus der Gegend kenne Karlsruhe ganz gut) such mir nen schönen Platz zum Menschen anlächeln. Hingesetzt keine 5 min später kommt ein anderer Obdachloser und schreit mich an, ich solle seinen Platz verlassen. Wäre ja kein Problem, wenn er es den freundlich hätte sagen können. Na ja, also manchmal ist Mensch doof, lautstark argumentiert ... Ist ja grad Weihnachtsmarktsaison, bald darauf das erste Pärchen Zivilpolizisten, Wollen als erstes natürlich einen Ausweis sehen. Ich weigere mich da in so einer Situation Polizei völlig unnötig ist. Mehrmals unterstreiche ich Aussagen des Polizisten mit sarkastischem Applaus in der gehörlosen Variante. Gipfelt in der Aussage des Polizisten (inzwischen sind es vier Zivilpolizisten) "Wenn sie das noch einmal machen, bekommen sie Handschellen an. Yeay da kann ich doch nicht anders reagieren oder?
"Wenn ich noch mal so mach (Gehörlosen Applaus gebend) bekomm ich Handschellen an!"
Mann seines Wortes wollte er mich da dann tatsächlich mit Handschellen beglücken. Meine Position an einer Wand voll ausnutzend Hände hintern Rücken. 4 Polizisten am mich belästigen hält da ein Streifenwagen und ein Polizist in Uniform der die anderen Polizisten auffordert mich doch bitte in Ruhe zulassen. Stellt sich heraus das der Neuankömmling ein Schulfreund von mir ist und als dieser mich mit Spitznamen anredet endet mein Widerstand.

Today I gonna tell you how I got to go to prison.
It all started at a nice winter day in Karlsruhe where I just arrived and found myself a nice spot to smile at people. I know Karlsruhe from before but as a homeless it is my first.
Not even 5 minutes of smiling there comes someone considering my place as his, and he screams at me that I shall leave. Guess at some point I will get bright but at that point I yelled back at him. Soon after some loud arguments we were joined by two plainclothes police officers. Which of course wanted to see some ID but since I though this is non of there business I declined that request and argued for a while. Some points that the officer made I sarcastic applauded in sign language. To the point the officer said if I do it again I shall be put in handcuffs. I beg you to forgive me for doing just that with “If I do that again I shall be handcuffed” coming from my lips. The officer man of his word started with Handcuffing me. I pulled my hands behind my back and leaned on them. So the at that moment already 4 plainclothes police officers all came at me and a normal police car came by and the officer from that car first told the 4 plainclothes police officers to get of me. Interesting thing there somehow it restored a little faith in police another is that that police officer was a school friend of mine. And when he called me by my nickname I settled my resistance.
Genauso wie ich den sarkastisch posten würde.

Widerstand gegen Vollstreckungsbeamte
Diese Straftat kostet den Straftäter 500€. Jemanden wie mich, der reisend auf der Straße lebt, bekommt die Rechnung natürlich nicht, ergo Haft.
"Freiheitsdrang", wie ich mich verteidigen würde, hat Straffreiheit.
Die Verhaftung war auch ein schönes Erlebnis.
Da geht man so nichts ahnend durch Jena und wird kontrolliert. Dan meinen die Polizisten, joa wir können sie jetzt nicht wieder gehen lassen, müssen sie leider festnehmen. Also will ich in ihr Auto steigen. Sagen sie, das darf ich ohne Handschellen nicht, was mich, da ich keinen Widerstand geleistet habe, sehr anpisst. Ich hatte schon sehr unschöne Erlebnisse in Handschellen. Somit beginnt mein Widerstand, womit ich schon erfolgreich ne weile Polizisten beschäftigt habe Hände hinter den Rücken. Macht Polizisten scheinbar hm, aggesiv? Naja war in dem Fall der Fall. Der ein Polizist ringt mich zu Boden, während der andere Polizist gezielt auf mich einprügelt, lautstark frage ich ihn, wie oft er denn gerade auf meine Niere schlagen will. Endlich zu Boden gerungen machen die Hände hinter dem Rücken gleich doppelt so viel Spaß und vielleicht auch sogar Sinn, da ich dieses mal auf offener Straße dieses Stelldichein hatte. Naja irgendwie weiß Prügelpolizist nicht mehr weiter und seine Hand umschließt meinen Hals. Durch diesen unfairen Trick zum Aufgeben gezwungen habe ich ein weiteres unschönes Erlebnis mit Handschellen. Die Dinger sind Folterwerkzeuge.

The arrest was a fun story as well. So I walk knowing of nothing through Jena as a police car stops in the inner city, and they start a routine check as soon as they get the knowledge that I was a searched for man they said they have to arrest me. So I started walking to their car and wanted to get in when they stopped me and said they have to handcuff me. for having made bad experiences in handcuffs and as showing no sings of not coming with them that was where I started resisting first of all talking but as soon as my hands started moving to avoid being handcuffed they started heavy aggression. One of the tried to force me to the ground while the other one was hitting me with precision. I asked him loud “How often are you gone hit my kidney".
When I was on the ground my hands where a fine mattress and somehow the bigger bully didn't know how to help himself and his hand found my throat Since my resistance was broken by those unfair means I suffered another bad experience in handcuffs they really are a torture device.
Ach ja, dieser Spaß brachte mir eine Anzeige wegen Körperverletzung ein, nach dem ich aus dem Knast raus war, hab ich eine Aussage bei der Polizei dazu gemacht und seit dem nichts mehr darüber gehört.
Wobei Knast naja kostet den Steuerzahler so um die 100€ pro tag, also musste ich mindestens 5 tage bleiben, das die strafe die Haftzeit nicht deckt... Ich blieb 10. Wobei das Geld nach 7 Tagen eingetroffen ist. An Tag 8 wollte mich der Knast dann auch gleich loswerden und haben sich ungefragt an meinen Geldmitteln bedient so war ich schon kurz vor dem Ausgang, als ich der Justizvollzugsbeamtin sagte, dass ich das so aber gar nicht will und baehm zurück in die Zelle.
Naja immerhin hab ich so mehr zeit mit verschiedenen Beamten zu sprechen und am ende durfte ich mir sogar die Schuhe mit nehmen (erfragt containert), da ich Barfuß verhaftet wurde,
sonst so zur Zelle ich habe noch einen Herzschrittmacher, weshalb ich unbedingt auf der Krankenstation stationiert werden musste so sehr das ein Alki auf Entzug zurück in seine Zelle gesteckt wurde, ein Suizidversuch nach erneutem Suizidversuch (3 Tage essen verweigert), so wie er wieder was gegessen hatte.Zelle, der eine Häftling, der schon in der Krankenstation war (Nachts am Beatmungsgerät) verlegt, bis ihnen aufgefallen ist, er braucht eine Steckdose am Bett. Sechsbettzimmer zu dritt voll belegt?
Naja mein Schaden war es nicht, ich hab jeden Tag ein Vollbad genommen, da kann man schon keine Seife fallen lassen.
Ich war zweimal auf Hofgang, da meine Zellengenossen nicht raus gingen, wurde nicht öfters gefragt? Und zum Melden zu faul..
So for that I got a complaint for assault. After getting out of prison I made a statement at the police station and never heard of it again.
So imprisoning people cost the law abided citizen around 100€ per day so to negate the payment I had to stay in jail 5 days. I stayed 10. They wanted me in for 50, so I pay back 10 bucks a day. Somehow they think that's a fair price for my freedom is at a day 10 bucks... I do not need more that a day outside less for the most days, anyhow since I have a pacemaker I had to be bedded in the infirmary. And since 3 people in a six bedroom are plenty they started moving people around an alcoholic in withdrawal to a cell, an inmate who needed aspiration at night to a cell and back when they realized that he needs a socket to plug in at night. A suicide candidate who attempted another suicide by refusing to eat after having eaten half a plate back to cell... not to my discomfort since I took quite nice baths in the tube next to our toilets in the early mornings. I was in the yard two times guess since my roommates did not leave the room they didn't ask more often but I did not get to that speaker to ask for yardtime.
Since on day 7 the money my parents paid for me arrived they wanted to get rid of me at day 8 for what they took money that I had with me without asking me and so nearly at the door I asked them if they didn't thought about asking me first and was brought back to my cell. My inmates didn't understand I don't quit ether but somehow 10 days felt right. And since I was arrest barefoot I somehow dumpstered my shoes (asked nicely?) and I had a lot of time to talk to these quards.

Wo mir da noch was Schach bezogenes ausm Gefängnis einfällt der eine Mitbewohner hatte ein paar Besonderheiten im Spiel wobei die zu große Rochaden echt hinderlich waren (durfte die normalen nicht spielen) und die erster Zug zwei Bauern ein Feld vor anstrengend...
