I believe that is the beauty of it. It can be all of that and more .As adoption grows, the change in mindset of individuals exposed to decentratlization will determine what is of value.
We have been all been programmed to think in certain ways that drive our decision making.
Decentralization is in direct contrast to those principles.
There is no narrative, no "they" to blame it on or look to as a savior, there is only the community, in all its diversity. with free choice to evolve through each individual being sovereign and accountable in terms of their effort and reputation.
If we build it they will come, and once they are here they will eventually understand and embrace the difference, and every step along the way we will all benefit.
