you are very right about this.. at the moment we are manually searching through all the relevant keywords everyday...
everything that seems feasible gets a 100% upvote.. unfortunately at the end of the day we are still left with voting power... so we curate other content we consider worth a vote as well..
problem seems to be that many accounts that were posting in / around ecoTrain or reforestation, etc. stopped creating content in 2022... we hope to revitalize the hive community in this respect, too... I am pretty sure once we are near a voting power of 5 or 10 USD per vote, we might encourage the one or other creator again to hop back onto the platform...
we will just give it a try..
the TAG thing is a great idea... we were even discussing tribes and communities before we started.. we might soon implement something like this..
until that time we might propose #solarisfuture as our relevant tag ;-)

The problem in crypto winter is that here on Hive many people stop blogging when the Hive price drops sharply.
Your project is very noble in any case. It is also certainly accepted by the hivians.
What I noticed, you should still create an introduction post and use the #introduceyourself to get more attention.
On hive.vote you can also create a curationstrail so that other hivians can join your votes.
If a tribe token is worth it is hard to say, it should be seen as a bonus, maybe a bonus for a delegation, other projects do it that way.
