Four websites for Hive swap services

in #hive24 days ago

Here are four different places you can go to buy and sell Hive, two of them are just a few simple clicks. And two give you lots of options to pick from. I decided to combine all four of these sites into one post as they all work basically the same way. But its good to have many options in case one goes down or becomes unavailable in your area for some reason.

The four services I will be reviewing today are:

Stealthex.io
Simpleswap.io
Swapspace.co
Swapzone.io

Thank you for all the replies I got in my earlier post talking about how few exchange options I have in the US to use. Based on the relies I feel much more comfortable knowing there are more options I did not know existed.

Easy methods:

Using these two services, its very simple. Select the coins you want to swap, enter the addresses where the coins should go and sometimes a refund address.

StealthEX.io:

Using this service was very straight forward, I liked its interface and has worked two for two transactions so far.

SimpleSwap.io:

The other option for easy exchange is SimpleSwap, it has the same steps as StealthEX just laid out differently.

The funds come from binance, so I know the liquidity should be quite high.

Methods with more options:

These two methods have more options, you can select the provider for the swap along with seeing their profiles. Details like reviews can be found there along with choices on how fast you want to the swap, along with fee amounts and risk of KYC requests.

SwapSpace.co:

Using this service gives you lots to pick from, I chose to use Swapter and when I received Hive it came from the MXC exchange. That is great, I used to have access to them until they closed their doors to US customers. So ordering by through this service seems to work well. I would consider their liquidity "decent" with over $64,000 moved every day. So you could buy quite a bit of Hive or sell quite a bit using this method.

SwapZone.io:

Another option like above, but with a different layout. But basically the same in the way you move through the swap process. Depending who you use, the funds could come from any of the major exchanges that Hive has listings on such as Binance or MXC.

Dont forget your memo keys, they remind you of course.

So it really depends on your comfort level, using the first two are really easy. The other two are good if you want more choices.

I really like these kinds of websites, as they give you access to exchanges you may not otherwise be able to buy on. The fees all seem pretty comparable to each other with the funds I used. I would recommend doing smaller transactions to start with $120 or less. Then try a larger transaction of a few thousand, compare fees. And decide if you want to send smaller payments through over time. Or larger payments less often.

If you are dollar cost averaging small or medium amounts into buying crypto, or selling amounts anywhere from a few dollars upwards of tens of thousands these services may be the ones for you. Always see what exchange the provider is using to better gauge how much to send as a max amount.

Next I will be reviewing Leodex, details on my experience there is soon to come.

I'll vouch for simpleswap..

ah nice

Same!

A friend of mine asking how to get hive from CashApp😂 since I heard btc is listed there and it's a lot easier to do it from there. Will save this for my US based friends just in case they need reference where to look for next time.

Better yet. It’s free. Just need to send at least 100K sats to the address Simple Swap gives u and choose the non rush option. Cash app pays all the send fees.

ooh will make notes of that, sounds more viable than other options.

I I sometimes used to wait 12 hours before it completed but last 2 months the free option (one I circled) has been going through within 90 minutes or less depends on the bitcoin mempool not being as clogged as it used to be. It takes longer but literally you don’t pay a penny on the send end! Only charges a tiny fee on the Simple Swap exchange. Most people don’t know u can avoid the bitcoin mining fee on send part by doing this. Cash app literally pays it.

Oh good your friend has some options... its frusterating when you cannot find a way to exchange crypto

Simpleswap.io is a wonderful website with an easy-to-use user interface that I have utilized. I enjoy using it since they provide amazing help as well. I appreciate you sharing this, but I haven't tried any others because I've never had the need. This post is quite helpful, @solominer !

thanks

You're welcome my brother ♥️

Amazing!! I knew about simpleswap but the problem is that for each token they have a minimum to swap… the other two they also have a minumum os tokens that they swap??

I think it tells you the minimum when you try to buy.. I was buying around $120 so it was not the minimum.

l didn't know about them, thanks a lot, continue to have a good time 🥰🙏

ah well now you know

Good one! Back in the days I used to use changelly and also never had issues with that although I see it days medium risk here.

Usually these swaps aint cheap though?

Ah cool, I saw changelly in the options on a couple of those swap sites.

In my experience they were around 2% which is not too bad for me.

I have used Simpleswap.io and its a nice website with easy-to-use UI. Their support is also good so I like using it. have not tried others as never felt the need but thanks for sharing about it. Its helpful post. Reblogged for more attention

Oh cool.. yeah dealing with support has gone smoothly for me too.

nice.. thank you

This is really so helpful for me.... bookmarked 😀😛

good.. glad it helped you

Cool, I didn't know about some of these options!

nice.. hopefully they will be useful to you.

I use simple swap although not much going for HBD

It's great that there are so many options. Limited DEXs and liquidity can kill...
