Cheers. Well it's nice out today. I had a little swim in our pool last night, but it was cooling down by then. May try to get in there whilst the sun is out. Hoping to be running again by the weekend.
What's Dapplr like? Any better than Ecency?

I have go wait in for various appointments - hoping itll be nice in a few hours as I have to go to Oxfam - you now have to book appointments three days in advance!
I've been meaning to try Ecency - @crimsonclad rates it I know that. I can't compare TBH!

The pool is great to cool off on hot days (not heated), but I am trying to use it for exercise as it's long and deep enough to do a few strokes. It's something I can do whilst my back recovers.
Well I hope it all works out this wknd with the running!
