We want want to manually check engagement Tokens for abuse. Currently LUV, HBIT, LOLZ and BEER are part of the project.

How you are going to fight against abuses? When token transfer, we can't retrieve them. So, my suggestion is developing a global blacklist or refer the spaminator's blacklist.
