These Hubs would adhere to the regulations of their respective Home Owners Associations, just as any other property would.
The implementation of Hive would involve various contracts, each requiring an initial investment. This investment, potentially impacting the value of Hive tokens in the short term, would be beneficial in the long run, fostering wider individual support and a sense of involvement.
At the ground level, a non-profit business would be established in Ireland, focusing on providing affordable housing to long-term families. Each unit, representing a single property, would be part of a Hub comprising 13 units and an outlet. The cost of establishing a Hub in Ireland is estimated at €4.6 million, though this figure could be lower in certain parts of the USA, while maintaining the same return ratios.
These units would contribute to a shared pool of resources, paying their dues upwards through the chain, ensuring transparency and accountability. Compliance with local taxes and regulations would be strictly adhered to, with each unit governed by its own residency contract. While each unit would be responsible for covering its expenses, a portion of its profits would be allocated towards repaying the initial investment for the property.
