Correct, but consider this: Perhaps you can't have it both ways. Polite, nice, and controlled

OR

Wild, Rude, Uncalled for and also decentralized and free.

I'm not sure you can pick both

    The question is - why will people onboard & what will prevent them from doing so? The devils advocate is not going to grow a user base.
