Calling All Newcomers
I was once a newbie myself and when I first started, I got my delegation power at that time to help me get started. It helped me to be able to engage more in terms of commenting and posting without having to worry about the limitations that come with low Hivepower. For the new ones who don't know what extra Hive Power can do for you, here is a brief rundown of why you may need my help :
- Hive Power gives you More RC (Resource Credits) to be able to perform activities on the Hive blockchain. (Transactions, commenting, posting, voting, etc...)
- Hive Power increases your rewarding value. Your upvotes increases with the more Hive Power you have.
- Hive Power increases your curation rewards. You get a bigger share of curation rewards out of the 50% author/50% curators pool.
That's mainly about it and it is important for you to have sufficient Hive Power to be able to do activities on the blockchain especially if you are someone new. All the more you need to engage more, post more and comment more on other people's post. So I hope that the Hive Power will help give you that little boost.
Criteria for delegation
- Your account must be below 2 weeks old.
- Your account must have less than 20 Hive Power.

- Hive username
- Introducer (if you have one)
- 100 words paragraph about yourself and what you blog about
I will be delegating to 10 newcomers with 50 HivePower each. (500 HivePower total)
I will check your account from time to time to see if any progress in engaging and posting new content. If no progress, I would pullback my delegations immediately.

Hi @zord189, I'm Paul and my username is @powerfulwonders. I was starting to get active on Steem but stopped two years ago when I was burning out at work. I found out about Hive yesterday and so I've begun my new journey in these last 24 hours.
I'm currently leaving that job (high school teacher) for a lecturing job and I'm doing more of my own projects. I blog about the outdoors, expeditions, survival skills, writing, fitness etc. I'm going to be doing more posting about Sociology. Ahem... erm, well part of those two years of not posting was actually me fussing around not being able to find them. But thanks :-) I had actually handwritten them out and stored them in a folder with a section called 'Steemit' would you believe. When I found it, it was like somebody else had gone through my stuff and organised it all lol.

Nice initiative. I also delegated some hive power (15) aftter one of my followers from twitter pinged me and asked me he was unable to do anything on hive. I saw he had zero Hive power, explained how it works, and I delegated some power to get him started :)
Planning to keep a fixed part of Hive which I get through rewards for onboarding new users.
I hope big accounts take this initiative, though I'm not that big here :D

Hi, I may or may not be eligible for your consideration, so let me explain. I attempted to sign up for Hive about a month ago. My account says it is 1 month old, but because it is so hard to onboard I never really was able to get in until about a week ago (figuring out the passwords and what not was not easy). So that is why my account may not be technically eligible, but why I hope you will consider delegating some power to me anyway. So about me, My name is Kevin and I live in the US, I'm a Hive newbie trying to learn the ropes here. I'm planning on blogging about cryptocurrency, nature, thoughts of the day, random stuff. @giftgiver this user @irmapuentes11 in telegram needs help literaly just enuf rc for 1 tx to power up her own 0.3 hp and your website doesnt seem ro work as theres nothing that happens after you do caotcha and click submit but maybe it did?

im sick of doing so muh free work for hive and then getting downvited fr months only to have to beg for it to syop to come back to almost no rewards anymore when i used to get so many from years of work on here saving up followers many of whome i convinced ro buy the fucking hivepower so its my fucking right or would be if hive easnt fucking shooting itself in the foot alienating its most imporrant users like myself and a few others
