Perhaps you should give the opportunity to have the token creators send you updates to the token so as to greatly halve the work, but this is a future that at present does not affect you much. Now you have to do a lot of work on the nodes, site, graphics, and a lot more work! The project will have a lot of work but we like to have good challenges and this is one.
In the first place we will display the token description and other things according to the HE information. However After we start to have the first release we will try to contact all the tokens creators to know if they want to give us a different description with more information.
About the guidelines for the website release, we will have a project meeting today to define the timings at least for the first release.
