Hola amigos de hive, en el día de hoy tuve una jornada agitada en la que solamente tuve unos minutos para comer al medio día aproveche que hay un local de comida por peso cerca de mi trabajo.
vi mucha comida que eran poco saludables pero con el objetivo firme ante mi, trate de juntar la comida que me parecía mas saludable y deliciosa. Luego de una exhaustiva búsqueda logre encontrar algo que cumplía con mis expectativas y procedo a detallarla:
- Carne al horno 2 rebanadas
- Huevo 1 unidad
- Papas al horno 8 unidades
- ensalada de (choclos, chauchas, zanahoria y arvejas)
- Brócoli 2 unidades
Este fue mi nutritivo almuerzo, les mando un saludo y espero que puedan hacer buenas elecciones a la hora de comer.
