do any new people go to these things or is it the same circle jerk group who just keep meeting up in different places in the world on a jolly ;) (tbh great to see hivefest is still going on, normally the best events!)

I meet new people and first time goers at Hivefest every year. And it is lovely to learn their stories and engage with people from Hive community from devs to gardeners, to photographers, and crypto enthusiasts alike. I cannot recommend this event enough. But I might be biased as someone to whom this event has a sentimental value in many ways. I have made so many awesome friends there.
steemfest 2 was great. i'll never go to another.
