Hi @roelandp,

Just a quick check in.

A while ago I registered to attend Hive Fest (and have also donated 100 HBD) but as of yet I haven't received a ticket. Am or did I miss something?

P.S. I also attempted to contact you via the "Submit Ticket" option to contact you or your staff on the main site but the process didn't work and I ended up getting a strange error message. That's why I decided to reach out directly here on Hive.
