Relleno de empanadas de carne a mi manera🥩🔥
Hola cocineros de hive hoy les traigo la receta y fotos de como yo hago el relleno para empanadas de carne , espero les guste , acá les va :
Cocinar la carne: En una sartén grande, calienta un poco de aceite de oliva y añade la cebolla y el pimiento. Sofríe hasta que estén tiernos. Luego, agrega la carne picada y cocina hasta que esté dorada. 🥩🔥
Agregar los ingredientes: Una vez que la carne esté lista, añade los huevos duros picados y las aceitunas. Mezcla bien y sazona con sal, pimienta, y si deseas, un toque de comino y pimentón para darle más sabor. 🥚
Dejar enfriar: Retira del fuego y deja enfriar el relleno antes de usarlo para armar las empanadas. ¡Ya estás listo para disfrutar de unas empanadas deliciosas! 😋
Puedes usar este relleno en empanadas al horno o fritas. ¡Espero que se animen a probarlo y que les quede riquísimo! ¡Buen provecho! 🎊🥟
