Nutella Crepe

Happy Monday Everyone,

Hope the last weekend went well. The new week has been started so the plans begins though I didn't write any plan on my daily diary yet because the last day went dead-tired. I just want to relax for two more days to recover my energy level back. I'm going to share a quick breakfast recipe with all of you. Try it and enjoy it.

Nutella Crepe

I prepared regular crepe with Nutella while you can use any other spread that you like such as Lotus spread or Peanut Butter. I prefer to spread the Nutella all over my crepe along with some seasonal fruits. Its a versatile recipe so you can top it with whatever you like the most.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

Nutellaas needed
All Purpose Flour1 Cup
Fresh Milk3/4 cups
Medium Sized Eggs2 PC
Salta pinch of
Granulated Sugar2-3tbsp
Vanilla Essense1/2tsp
Melted Butter2-3tbsp
Oil1tbsp
Water1/2 cup or as needed

Method:

  1. First off, gather all of the ingredients at room temperature on the kitchen countertop

  2. Take a large sized bowl, add all of the above mentioned ingredients to the bowl except oil and give it a good mix

  3. Add water as per needed to get desired thickness of the batter. Its good to be runny so the batter can spread on all over the fry pan

  4. Spray your pan with oil and pour batter one by one to make crepes

  5. Apply Nutella on the crepes and cut any fruit alongside

  6. Garnish it with Nutella and some fresh fruits

  7. Serve with fork at room temperature and enjoy
