Use Mirror Lab App for Android and GifMaster (SnapGify) App for Android.

From my personal experience and post on peakd (I just post on peakd), if you upload gifs with more than 8 to 10 Mb (sometimes 8Mb to 10Mb works, sometimes not), they not load correctly, I never had bad experience with gifs up to 5Mb, 6Mb, more than this you can get load issues.
