🇪🇸Hola a todos como están, soy Juan Pernia y esta es la parte 2 del trabajo en la Jog Yamaha Nextzone motor 3kj.
Además del daño que sufrió llegó en muy malas condiciones, sucio, percudido y lleno de grasa y restos de aceite por todas partes, así que al empezar a desmontar se fue realizando también la limpieza con diésel y gasolina para trabajar pulcramente y también más cómodo
Al destapar la zona donde se encuentra la correa y transmisión, pude notar que uno de los platos tenía un hueco y un golpe, ademas la estopera del lado izquierdo del cigüeñal estaba prácticamente fuera de su lugar, y el cigüeñal doblado (fue un duro golpe el que sufrió este motor)
Ya se llevo a la rectificadora el cilindro y el cigüeñal para hacer las respectivas reparaciones

In addition to the damage it suffered, it arrived in very poor condition, dirty, battered and full of grease and traces of oil everywhere, so when starting to disassemble, cleaning was also carried out with diesel and gasoline to work neatly and also more comfortably.
When uncovering the area where the belt and transmission are located, I could see that one of the plates had a hole and a blow, also the stuffing box on the left side of the crankshaft was practically out of place, and the crankshaft was bent (it was a hard blow the one who suffered this engine)
The cylinder and crankshaft have already been taken to the grinding machine to make the respective repairs
