I see cooking as an enormous, part of me and to some extent cooking helps me get over mental stress or a broken heart or even a disappointment.
Ah kpele oh, hello hive and hivers, hope y’all are good and staying warm as best as you can. I’ll be talking a little about my hobbies and I’ll love to start from cooking yeah.
WHEN DID YOU BEGIN COOKING?
Imagine me trying to interview myself
Sorry, yeah um I first cooked at 3years old, most of y'all would be surprised but trust me the meals tasted Soo delicious You might be wondering what a 3 year old would cook and eat, brothers and sisters it’s sand ohh, loamy soil precisely.

so sand, water and grasses with a touch of stolen palm oil from my mom’s kitchen, some applause please 😁
The first time I cooked what a sane person could eat was when I was 10, and it was the Nigerian DODO. It’s basically fried yam mad fried plantain and egg too, depending on how una get money reach.
YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE COOKING
I wanted starting from the insane cooking experience but I don’t want to say too much. I woke that Saturday morning, cleaned the kitchen that was my only chore then. Then I told my mom to rest that I’d take care of the cooking today (that day) the outcome was good but my outcome was not good because of the injuries I got from some hot oil spilling on my body eh ko rorun oh, I’ve got some safety gadgets now though

YOUR COOKING FAILURES
Oh yes, I will not dwell here for long
I’ve had cases where I put too much salt or too much Maggi, you’d probably not relate if you’re not Nigerian but here every seasoning cube is called Maggi and o ko ya werey to throw away the food you messed up as in woe betide thee if you waste food, my mom will literally rough handle you, so she’d just cook another meal for the other family members and I’ll be left alone to eat the one I cooked after all a captain must go down with his ship.
