This post is to say goodbye to a noble soul who left this world today
A baby cat (born 2 weeks ago) was brutally attacked by a male stray cat. I heard the noise, went out and found the little one hurt, bleeding on the pavement.
I held the baby in my arms, tried to keep it warm, but I failed to keep it alive.
It had wounds on its head and its back… I feel devastated, but at least I was able to offer it some warmth for its last moments in this brutal life
I had to go for a walk later, to try and clear my head
The sunset was dull and dusty, with a pale color. Just like my mood
The waves were massive, made me think that in life we will need to face everything
Happiness, Sadness, Fulfillment, Loss …
My little one, I am so sorry I could not protect you. But maybe you will be now in a whole better world.
And what I can promise, is that I will look after your mum; she tried to be there for you but it was not possible 😔

Oh! No! Poor little kitten! Very sad and traumatic to witness this sad incident. You were brave to see it through. The mother cat must be quite shocked too. The little one has gone to a much better place now.
The sea seemed a bit sad too. Life is dynamic and forever changing.

The mother is trying to run away from all the male cats that are after her.. I am trying to find her and take her to the vet for castration, but she is too scared these days.
I hope for the best for all living creatures..
This is a beautiful memorial ... we rarely think this way of little animals, but death is so devastating upon the innocent ... my condolences to you. You did the best you could, and provided warmth and love.
