It's been about a month that I am using jumping rope as my exercise. I used to do it almost everyday, but for only 30 minutes. I just can't go beyond that this time, because my lower leg get really painful after the exercise.
I have learned a few drills but very far from those experts who are really amazing in making exhibitions. I am hoping one day, I'll be one of them. They really inspired me. For now, I need to practice my lower leg to be stronger, so I won't have to feel 'shin splints' anymore.
