Today was smooth sailing, with one minor exception – my energy levels seemed to lag. Could it be the lack of coffee? I typically start my day with two cups, followed by another two at lunch and yet another two in the afternoon. However, in an effort to prioritize my health, I am working on reducing my caffeine intake.
Despite the energy rollercoaster, I navigated through my tasks successfully. I can't help but worry about the possibility of forgetting something important amidst the energy fluctuations.
As the day progressed, I found myself stealing moments for naps. Yet, I wonder if these brief respites qualify as proper naps and if they'll disrupt the quality of my sleep later tonight.
Another day passed without finding time to stream on Twitch. I am determined to make up for it on Saturday, as a small victory celebration for pushing through another workweek.
