Hello Hive community, it has been a long time since our last update but it was big plans brewing.
Like everything has its time with synchronicity, Life brought a lot for many in 2021, including carrer assessment for the wife in the face of forced vaccination.
Contemplating the options for survival, we knew we are never better served than by ourselves, so we decided to crank-up this Hive Shop with the confidence in the crypto world.
We ordered a quality incubator that can handle 96 quails eggs at a time or 56 regular egg, all fully automated with humidity control.
We went through our contacts around to finds fertilized eggs. Nothing nearby. We are ready to drive 300km if we have to but I think one of our contact can send it by mail, to be confirmed.
That kind of item has to ship by mail. Because we plan well on shipping eggs to Hivers far away, selling food over Hive-Engine. Making us think about packaging options and try to integrate Hive labeling.
We paid a no mask visit to the coop feed store to get some starter chick feed. The clerk was happy to see that people had the drive and volition to produce food locally and served me without issues plus with his blessing. He invited me to post something about our farm on the community board at the entrance of the store. So yes another project for the wife and kids. A poster for our quails! Available on Hive onli, with a QR code for joining Hive and link to the market place. That got us thinking creatively. We need such poster for our Hivebnb anyway. Maybe we could use that as a project for the kids that we are now home schooling.
Arrived at our place with the feed, it was clear to me that we passed a time marker. Yes, this is Reality Manifesting, by our own hands!
Our garage-wanabe-farm under construction is not yet complete that we have to use it as if it would!! It needs to start somewhere right! and the quails are easy to handle. So let’s do this!!
We had to pick up a corner to set the birds and been blessed by synchronicity finding all the required pieces to put this enclosure together with material found around. We find ways to reach our goals in less than ideal conditions. Thanks that we had left overs from the roof:)
It will most probably never be a garage but a pioneering Hive Shop, the BEE nest of our Family Farm.
I was a good day bringing the change we want to see.
My visit to the farm reminded me that winter is coming as I picked up the last of our cucumbers for the season.
