My Hive Testimony

How I Got To Know aAbout Hive;

I got to know about hive through my sister who came home one of the days and tried explaining what the platform is all about,though she couldn't do it well and she then referred me to @Uyobong who shed more light and also helped in the registration process .

My First Impression;
I must say it was a funny experience, same day I went to inquire about the platform was the same the I made my first post, that is the introduction post to hive.
Frankly,I was not prepared for anything of such and its came to me as a challenge. Writing about one's self one might say it's not hard, sometimes it's easy to say it than when asked to write it down not just for you but for the world to view🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
Was it very difficult?.. Oh! No for me it's was fun.
Becoming a member of hive was great and amazing because I was very much welcomed, which gave a feeling of wow! This is home to belong.

Challenges;
Like every other online or business platforms, financial resources needed to power the work to a level of stability is very important.
I know what is in that mind of yours😉😉😉
Let me explain myself here. One of the major challenge I have here is the issue of sharp photos. Yes! Speaking for myself now, sometimes I feel so limited when posting because I don't have those required resources, equipment etc to go to places and take good photos. Secondly, the pandemic issue now in the world makes it difficult to travel to places were one can fine nature very interesting to explore it.
Another challenge I have is the voting, comments upvote etc power, though am still very new to the platform and I believe with time it's will improve. It's somehow discouraging when you try to put words together and at the end not even a vote🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Passion And Talent;
Talking about my passion, I discovered I had this creative instinct in me, always wanting to write, read, meeting new people, going new places etc right from a young age. I felt I could think, arrange and bring to life anything positive with my skills, I may say though it's comes naturally🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.
In writing my post I try to be creative and simple in other to help the users identify the message easily.

How I Feel Now As An Hive Member;

Thrilling!!! Excited!!! Amazed!!!
I find this platform interesting and rewarding, it has really instilled in many including me the spirit of commitment, hardwork, perseverance etc.
Am excited because of the freedom of expression of thought I now exhibit through and with the help of this platform. Getting to know new people within and outside the shores of my country it's very rewarding.
Finally, when I was first introduced to the platform, I didn't really understand so much on internet,technology etc🙄🙄
When I was being mentored on how to go about daily posting,it got me scared, I was wondering how am going to do it🤣🤣🤣🤣 that was when I remembered a post I saw years back that states "if you don't make technology your friend today, it will surely be your enemy tomorrow ". That's how my fears and worries left me.
