They are all manual votes, @redditposh sends the rewards the comments earn to sharers that bring traffic to our front-ends. @poshtoken makes sure @nomnomnomnom can liquidate the rewards redditposh sends to sharers. @poshtoken also pays for servers for ~$60/month, then it also attempts to buy back tokens so that aside from earning hive from the comments the sharers can also earn POSH tokens that hold some value for their shares. @ocd shares all rewards with curators who go out of their way to look for new authors and underrewarded that not many would do, most of the rewards directly through beneficiaries, some that stay with @ocd go out once a month to those doing the voting. @ocdb rewards those onboarding and guiding new users it highlights in the very same post.
I really don't know why you think I should spend time responding when most of the info is out there and easy to be searched and easy to be traced through transactions. Not to mention to spend time with people like you who have some of the worst reputations on chain but here I am.
