The user in the above screenshot has successfully recovered his account but there are other comments out there. Look for the content on the comment, not the user. Never click.

If his main password is still intact, all he needs to do is just to change his password and every other keys will change

Hi that link was from my most recent post. I clicked the link but no intention to go through all the way. I already noticed the links changed from leofinance to bttxyz something. Am I already compromised? No autopopulate for the hive signer came out, didn't click on the hivesigner part either.

Yes. Safety first. Be careful where you enter your passwords.
The best is at least the double check (check at least twice), or more times before you enter your password anywhere. I am on the Steem/Hive blockchain since 2017.05.17, and I saw a few people getting hacked in the previous almost five years.
Safe key storage is also important. If you lose your private active and owner key, then you lose your funds in your Hive account.
Where it is possible, use (enter) your private posting key, instead of your higher level keys. If someone get your private posting key, then he/she will not have access to your funds in your Hive account.

Good advice! I would also add to store your keys using encryption with Veracrypt. Encrypted "containers" are especially convenient, as you can easily transfer and backup your encrypted vault of protected files, by simply doing drag & drop like you can with any other file or folder.
Just be careful, there are links when you CAN be compromised just by clicking one link. If you use FireFox add-ons like No Script, that will save you from 99% of those kind of links though. A hardened browser is essential! I use 3 browsers: a super hardened Firefox, a 2nd instance of Firefox (I use the "portable" version as my 2nd FF browser) that has very little hardening for when a web page wont work with the hardened Firefox browser, and Brave browser as a last resort only if neither work or something is not compatible with Firefox (though I usually boycott such sites that refuse to support Firefox).

I just got this message on my post. I had never clicked any links since I've been on this Blockchain ever since and I actually clicked this because I knew the guy very well, not knowing his account has been compromised. I exited it immediately after seeing where it led me and I didn't put any of my information on there. I had to change my keys also, just to be very sure.
