Yep. We all are. On Wednesday Dtube released the newest v 0.7 update. It appears that the update that introduced 720p to the platform may be affecting uploads and playback.
I've just posted a video on YouTube on how to upload to Dtube. Sadly, if people try they're probably going to wonder why it isn't working. What I would suggest is that you follow @dtube. You can post directly to the team. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help, but we are all having issues.
