Yes I do remember reading that you spent some of your younger years in southern Spain. That's pretty cool I say :)
More tourists is more people to overtake on the bike, but there could be fewer right now for sure. There will almost certainly be sunshine though, enough to share and so I hope everyone gets at least some.
