How much should we drink?
1/2 our body weight in oz.
(I weigh 155 lb, divided by two... 77.5, 77.5 oz. of water for me a day, that is like 3 Voss bottles... just refill them ;) )
Why water though?
literally, water is your energy source,
it moves your energy around
water gets electrically charged through your blood stream, at the lungs, with every breath of oxygen you take
it and pumps and moves through all your organs
water is the vital source to your energy levels
