Did he buy it like this or is it custom made?
He bought it from a tactical clothes store. He said it was quite expensive, but since he uses it nearly every day at work its worth the money.
A great investment I would say if he uses it so often
Agreed, and its a business expense. So he saves on his taxes a little.
