This is a disgrace, especially when the castle can easily house many if not all the homeless in London, the Royal family should be homeless not members of the public.
What I found a real positive was the reaction of the police - they basically called him out! They weren't having any of it :)
Good point. Thinking about this topic, I guess they day will come when the government charge homeless people a homeless tax.
