Here’s a great homeopathic remedy for supporting any child (or adult) with dental braces etc on their teeth. Basically, if there is any teeth movement going on, this is a fab remedy to help….
SYCAMORE SEED !!
This remedy is quite specific for orthodontics and will support the initial introduction of the brace; and particularly when the brace is tightened or manipulated.
When teeth are being moved and reshaped in the mouth, a child’s energy can be sapped, which sometimes is subtle so keep an eye out for this; there can be pain and discomfort in the teeth / jaw / head, and this can have a knock-on effect with tiredness, mood swings, general malaise. Sycamore Seed is a MUST to have ready to go. I recommend using a 200 potency and give every time the brace is tightened or manipulated. (obviously some kids won’t have any adverse reaction to braces; but a lot will – and it is these kids that need SYCAMORE SEED). This remedy can be given any time there is a reaction to the brace, even a subtle reaction.
Just think about a Sycamore Seed’s journey. It helicopters off on its own to find new roots. Can you see the connection here?

I love this remedy! Used it successfully for labyrinthitis recently. I remember a case a few years ago of a baby boy who never used his left arm, he had sycamore seed and at the next appointment he was passing objects between his hands and reaching up with his left arm. It’s great for any paired organs or limbs of the body, to get them working in synchronisation. Great article @anne.collins
@tracywhite totally agree with you. Love it too. Interesting how you used it, thanks for sharing
Great remedy and so underused!
