I absolutely agree, this is fascinating. Following and can't wait to hear more.

Out of curiosity, how much are hair mineral tests for heavy metal detection? That's something I might be dealing with that's causing extreme (and a growing list of) food allergies.

    The hair tests are around around $60-90, I use Doctor's Data.
